Stampli is seeking a CX Manager to serve as the ERP subject matter expert and integration owner within the Customer Experience organization. This hands-on role focuses on understanding how finance processes operate within customer ERP systems, how they integrate with Stampli's platform, and translating customer issues, bugs, feature gaps, and requirements into clear integration solutions.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing complex customer issues related to ERP integrations, defining detailed integration requirements for the Engineering team, and driving resolution end-to-end. You will work across P2P (Procure-to-Pay) workflows and manage the full lifecycle of integration challenges, from initial triage through implementation.
The role operates in an AI-enabled environment, leveraging AI tools, platforms, and agents to improve triage efficiency, issue analysis, escalation management, and customer communication. You'll partner with cross-functional teams based in both Israel and the US, reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.
This position requires deep expertise in ERP finance systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms), strong understanding of accounting and finance workflows, and the ability to bridge customer needs with technical implementation. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of managing multiple complex issues simultaneously, and skilled at communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
