Stampli is hiring an execution-focused CX Manager to own the ERP integration domain and serve as a senior problem solver for complex customer issues. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in ERP implementations, P2P workflows, and ERP integrations—not a traditional relationship-management position.
Key responsibilities include investigating customer issues, bugs, and enhancement requests related to Stampli's integration with customer ERP systems; diagnosing root causes (configuration, workflow, master data, permissions, integration logic, or product behavior); designing functional solutions; and working closely with Engineering to deliver fixes and improvements. You will own full solution design for ERP-related customer issues and requests, ensuring changes do not negatively impact other Stampli modules or workflows.
The role requires hands-on ERP implementation experience, strong understanding of finance and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, and the ability to translate customer needs and ERP system behavior into clear, actionable requirements. You will operate in a highly AI-enabled environment, using AI daily to design workflows where AI agents support analysis, escalation management, investigation, summarization, and communication.
You'll partner with teams in Israel and the US, reporting to the Director of Customer Experience. This is a third-level support owner role for someone who understands how ERP systems behave in real customer environments and can determine the source of complex issues efficiently.
