You will establish and scale voize's customer training program for the French healthcare market, building on proven methodologies from the German expansion. This is a founding role for a high-growth function with significant opportunity to shape how healthcare providers adopt the platform. Key responsibilities: - Lead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments, training groups of 10-15 healthcare providers across French-speaking regions - Design and refine training materials and playbooks tailored to the French market and individual customer needs - Travel to customer sites (estimated 2-3 weeks per month) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities - Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and the German training team to optimize training approach and share best practices - Measure training effectiveness using adoption metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve programs - Ensure compliance with French healthcare regulations, GDPR, and documentation standards You will work from France with flexibility to work from anywhere in the country, with regular travel to customer sites. The role offers virtual stock options, 25 days paid vacation plus French public holidays, and flexible working hours. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or customer enablement in B2B environments, ideally healthcare or other technical sectors - Proven track record building a training program from scratch (not just delivering an existing one) - Demonstrated ability to design and deliver in-person training to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences - Business fluent French (C2 or bilingual) with understanding of regional and cultural nuance; working English for international team collaboration - Experience working with adoption metrics and feedback to refine training approaches - Ability to work effectively with legacy EHR systems and limited IT infrastructure in healthcare settings
