Booksy is seeking a Customer Success Process Automation Specialist to join the CS Excellence team, reporting to the CS Global Change Manager. This role is focused on identifying and eliminating manual, repetitive work within Booksy's Customer Success organization by building automations yourself rather than handing off recommendations.
You will map current CS processes to pinpoint manual, repetitive, or error-prone tasks, then own automations end-to-end—from design and build through testing, shipping, and live monitoring. You'll triage change requests and bug reports for internal tooling, determining what can be automated versus what needs standard optimization. You'll also partner directly with Booksy's core Tech and Operations teams when builds need to scale across global infrastructure.
The role operates in a remote-first, cross-border environment and requires autonomous execution. You'll use tools like Make, Cursor, Gemini, Claude, and Agentforce to build solutions. This is a hands-on position where you'll work alongside frontline operations to run tight feedback loops and identify opportunities for workflow tools and AI agents to replace human effort.
Booksy is a global platform helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses and customers arrange personal care moments. The company is rapidly growing and evolving, with a culture that values driven self-starters and those motivated to grow in a dynamic, scaling environment.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years in operations or process automation with a track record of shipping working tools
- Hands-on automation experience with tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Applied AI experience building agentic workflows or tool-augmented AI agents (beyond standard prompt chatting)
- Strong SQL skills to write queries and extract data independently
- Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, cross-border environment
- CV in English required
