Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CAM) to drive product adoption and build strong customer relationships across the existing customer base in Seoul. In this role, you will actively drive new product attachment through onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives while serving as an internal customer advocate focused on delivering positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and onboarding experiences for new customers
- Proactively build relationships with customers to establish mutual trust and long-term partnerships
- Successfully execute the full sales cycle for growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Serve as an advisor to customers, helping them effectively leverage Datadog solutions
- Monitor usage trends and patterns to identify renewal risks and increase adoption rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including support, product, finance, and legal
