Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, account expansion, and customer retention across its existing customer base in Seoul. You will proactively manage customer relationships through onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling activities while serving as an internal advocate for customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transitions and onboarding experiences
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Execute the full sales cycle for growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring customers effectively leverage Datadog's observability and security platform
- Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and drive greater product adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal teams

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management or customer success role
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to negotiate contract terms and overcome pricing objections independently
- Demonstrated track record of achieving account expansion targets and managing account portfolios for growth and retention
- Experience in a solution-focused, evolving environment
- Customer-minded approach focused on delivering maximum value
