Sprig is an AI-powered customer survey platform that helps product teams understand their users faster and more rigorously than legacy platforms like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. The platform uses AI agents to design studies, adapt surveys in real time, and deliver actionable insights in hours instead of weeks. Backed by $85M from top-tier VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, First Round), Sprig is used by leading companies including Microsoft, DoorDash, Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between Sprig's customers and the product. You'll work directly with product teams, researchers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and scaling of the platform. This role uniquely blends customer success, solutions engineering, product advocacy, and technical problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with customers to troubleshoot technical issues around integrations, SDK implementations, APIs, and platform configuration; leading technical onboarding and implementation support; conducting technical demos and solution consultations; collaborating with Product and Engineering to identify common customer requests and test new features; acting as a trusted advisor recommending best practices and scalable workflows; and supporting Sales and Customer Success teams on technical evaluations and expansion opportunities.
You should have 2–5+ years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Implementation Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential. You'll need comfort with APIs, SDKs, frontend integrations, and technical documentation. Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and modern web/mobile architectures (iOS, Android) is required. You must communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration. Experience with SaaS or enterprise software is preferred; familiarity with product development, UX research, analytics, or digital experience tooling is a plus.
The role is hybrid, based in the San Francisco office 4 days per week. Sprig is a people-first company, recently recognized by Fortune as a top 50 best place to work in the US and top 50 in the Bay Area.
