Edia is the leading AI technology company in K-12 education, serving 300+ school districts including NYC, Fulton County, and San Francisco. The company helps 1M+ students across the U.S. with AI-powered solutions addressing chronic absenteeism, math achievement, and complex data workflows. Edia's newest product, the District Intelligence Platform (DIP), unifies K-12 data from Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), attendance, and behavior systems into a single system of action.
As a foundational Customer Success Engineer, you will be the technical owner of end-to-end integration projects for new school districts. This role sits on the Customer Solutions & Implementations team, reporting to the VP of Customer Success, and functions as the technical lead bridging CS, Engineering, and district IT stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include executing SIS integrations across PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, and legacy platforms; owning SFTP pipeline setup, Clever/ClassLink rostering configuration, SSO provisioning, and data ingestion workflows. You will write and review data transformation scripts, API integration specs, and configuration documentation. You'll serve as the primary technical interface between Edia's engineering team and district IT, translating complex technical environments into clear implementation architectures.
You will lead full-lifecycle implementation projects from contract signature through go-live, managing project plans, technical milestones, dependency mapping, and risk registers. You'll receive structured handoffs from Sales and manage clean transitions to Customer Success Managers at go-live with full documentation. You'll own internal status cadence across Product, Engineering, Support, and CS, removing blockers and driving accountability.
Navigating district procurement timelines, IT governance, and organizational dynamics is critical. You'll guide stakeholders from IT directors to curriculum leads through technical onboarding and rollout best practices, proactively surfacing adoption risks and driving mitigation plans.
As Edia scales from a handful of concurrent implementations to 3–4x that volume in 2026, you'll design playbooks, tooling, templates, and success metrics to enable that growth. You'll define when deeper technical engagement is required and help shape the long-term structure of the implementation team.
