Okta is seeking an Associate EMEA Enablement Manager to join the Post Sales Enablement team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a new role focused on building Okta's first CSM-focused enablement motion across the EMEA region.
You will serve as the dedicated enablement advocate for the Customer Success Manager (CSM) organization across EMEA, designing and delivering enablement programs tailored to diverse, multi-cultural audiences. You'll identify and communicate the EMEA CSM organization's technical and role readiness needs, ensuring that EMEA learner needs meaningfully shape global enablement program design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and communicating EMEA CSM technical and role readiness needs
- Understanding the day-to-day CSM role to suggest and execute innovative enablement programs
- Equipping EMEA CSM teams with product knowledge, skills, and processes to drive customer retention and growth
- Taking a data-driven approach to program initiatives and measuring impact
- Partnering with other enablement team members to design and deliver programs
- Leading discovery sessions with business leaders to build and refine requirements
- Coordinating localization and delivery of training, communications, and tooling for EMEA audiences
- Collaborating across cross-functional teams including product, learning and development, and content development
You should have 5+ years of enablement experience in software, ideally supporting customer success or post-sales teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, charisma, deep empathy, and sharp product knowledge. You'll need strong presentation skills, executive presence, and the ability to work with technical audiences. Understanding of cultural and business nuances across EMEA, particularly European markets, is essential. You must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, collaborating across international virtual teams, and occasional travel across the EMEA region.
