Salary: CAD 55,000 - 65,000 / annual

Cardata is a software company transforming how businesses manage vehicle reimbursement with smart, automated solutions. They are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the ongoing management of customer programs through reporting, analysis, and audits. In this role, you will partner with Customer Success Operations and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver data-driven insights that help CSMs prepare for program reviews, renewals, and expansion conversations. You'll become an expert in Cardata's reporting tools and use Excel to clean, analyze, and interpret program data. Your responsibilities include: - Partner with CSMs to understand goals for renewals, program reviews, quarterly business reviews, and audits - Master Cardata's reporting tools to set up and prepare accurate reports - Use Excel to clean, compare, and analyze program data, investigate discrepancies, and verify results - Prepare mileage band audits, running rate analyses, and other performance reports - Interpret findings with CSMs and help shape recommendations for customer presentations - Create ad hoc reports and document recurring reporting requirements This role does not own a book of business but offers hands-on experience with Cardata's product, reimbursement programs, and customer decision-making—positioning you for a future CSM role. The team is collaborative and genuinely invested in customer success and colleague development. **Requirements:** - 1–3 years of experience in an operations, reporting, or data-focused role (Operations Assistant, Reporting Coordinator, Data Specialist, or Junior Data Analyst) - Strong working knowledge of Excel, including data cleaning, comparing data, pivot tables, and formula writing - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work; you verify results using formulas, cross-checks, and other methods - Strong active listening and collaboration skills; ability to understand requests, ask clarifying questions, and identify what analysis needs to answer - Ability to manage competing deadlines, communicate progress, and set clear expectations with colleagues - Strong curiosity about data meaning for customer programs and ability to explain findings clearly - Learning agility and interest in developing deep knowledge of Cardata's products, reporting tools, and reimbursement programs
