Curri is a YC-backed on-demand logistics platform for construction and industrial supplies, operating a nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds. The company is seeking a Customer Service Operations Representative to join the Customer Operations Team in Miami, FL.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone ensuring every delivery is executed flawlessly from booking through successful drop-off. You'll provide best-in-class support to both customers and drivers via chat and phone, serving as the primary point of contact for pickup and drop-off coordination. Your responsibilities include facilitating smooth delivery completion, troubleshooting issues in real time, and gathering operational feedback to identify pain points and optimize logistics processes.
You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment where you're expected to think critically, solve problems from first principles, and contribute directly to shaping operational strategies. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service instincts, and proficiency with G-Suite tools. You'll interact with diverse stakeholders—customers, drivers, and internal teams—to ensure seamless operations.
