Octopus Electric Vehicles is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional support to drivers throughout their electric vehicle leasing journey. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy while managing the end-to-end ordering and delivery process. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering five-star phone support, building rapport quickly and maintaining composure under pressure - Owning the driver journey from order through delivery, acting as a personal project manager to remove blockers and communicate updates - Proactively seeking opportunities to delight customers and champion brand reputation through top-tier feedback - Solving creative problems when challenges arise (manufacturer delays, spec changes, etc.) while keeping drivers mobile and satisfied - Maintaining high operational standards and a positive attitude during busy periods, managing workload effectively - Contributing to process improvements as part of a close-knit, growing team Octopus Electric Vehicles, part of the Octopus Energy Group, is building a seamless platform for individuals and businesses to transition to electric vehicles. REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent phone manner and natural communication skills - Genuine passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile - Resilience and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Team player mindset with collaborative approach to feedback and process improvement - Knowledge of cars/EVs preferred but not essential
