As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll be a trusted advisor to Coast's customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing success with the platform. You'll manage customer service activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and real-time responsiveness. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, implementing and onboarding new customers, conducting product training, driving adoption and retention, and ensuring satisfaction.
You'll maintain deep product knowledge and help customers troubleshoot issues, work closely with Product and Engineering teams on enhancement requests, handle escalations across teams, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset.
The position is based in Coast's new Salt Lake City office (Draper area) with 3-4 days per week in-office requirement. You'll provide customer support primarily via phone, with occasional email and text communication. The role requires flexibility to start early (6 AM MT some days).
