Sensi.AI is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to lead onsite deployments with home care agencies across the United States. This role sits at the intersection of AI, aging care, and human support, helping home care agencies adopt technology that improves care delivery.
You will serve as the primary onsite implementation expert, trainer, and relationship-builder for agencies deploying Sensi's platform. Your responsibilities include leading full onsite deployments (device setup, router installation, staff training), training non-technical agency teams on platform workflows and capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the adoption process. You'll present Sensi's AI value proposition to agency teams, clients, families, and stakeholders, manage the complete onboarding lifecycle from post-sale through successful implementation, and identify adoption risks or operational blockers for cross-functional resolution.
Key responsibilities also include building strong relationships with agency owners, care managers, and caregivers; providing light technical troubleshooting during deployments; gathering and documenting client feedback and field insights to inform product and process improvements; maintaining accurate account documentation in HubSpot; and partnering with Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales, and Operations teams. You'll stay involved throughout the onboarding lifecycle to maintain momentum after onsite visits.
This is a highly hands-on, travel-intensive role requiring frequent domestic travel (60–75%), supporting approximately 10–15 agency deployments per quarter. Most deployments involve 2 full days onsite plus 1 day of travel. Travel will be scheduled close to your home region when possible to support work-life balance.
