As a Scale Engagement Portfolio Manager (Customer Lifecycle Program Manager), you will enable Customer Success teams to drive retention and growth through scalable processes, operational excellence, and strategic initiative execution. You will partner with Regional CS Leadership while leading global programs, bridging global strategy with regional execution to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute lifecycle programs: onboarding, adoption nudges, renewal, win-back campaigns tied to customer journey stages and behavioral triggers
- Implement digital-first engagement motions: in-app guides, email automation sequences, webinars, help content, and community initiatives rather than relying solely on account-based calls
- Leverage data and health scores to segment and prioritize customers, intervening strategically where signals warrant (at-risk accounts, expansion-ready segments)
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to build scalable plays and measure impact on key metrics
- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and tooling to ensure operational excellence across the Customer Success organization
This role sits at the intersection of customer success strategy and operational execution, requiring someone who can think systemically about lifecycle engagement while managing the complexity of global program delivery across multiple regions.
