As a Customer Implementation Specialist for US Payroll, you will lead new client onboarding for small to medium-sized businesses during their critical first 60–90 days. You'll be a core member of the customer success team, working closely with sales, product, and engineering to ensure customers achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain implementation programs for SMB clients, including timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and technical requirements
- Lead new client onboarding with empathy and clear communication via email and video calls
- Explain complex payroll and HR concepts in accessible ways
- Ask probing questions to understand client needs and pain points
- Manage implementation success measured by a balanced scorecard
- Coordinate across internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate customer time-to-value
