Resistant AI is a fast-growing fintech startup protecting AI and automation systems in financial services from fraud, manipulation, and attack. The company recently closed a Series B round led by Google Ventures, Index Ventures, and Credo Ventures.
As a Customer Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers, helping them successfully deploy, adopt, optimize, and derive continuous value from Resistant AI's fraud prevention solutions. You will work at the intersection of technology, customer success, and problem-solving, partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, Research, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical onboarding and deployment for new customers
- Supporting complex integrations, technical configuration, implementation planning, and solution optimization
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, building relationships with customer technical, operational, and fraud teams
- Conducting technical health reviews and identifying risks proactively
- Supporting complex troubleshooting and escalation management
- Translating customer challenges into actionable product and operational improvements
- Contributing to best practices, implementation playbooks, and customer success frameworks
- Helping identify technical opportunities that improve customer outcomes and support account growth
You will help customers maximize the effectiveness of Resistant AI solutions, achieve measurable business outcomes, and realize the full value of their investment while influencing the future direction of products through direct customer insight.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Customer Success Engineering, or Implementation Consulting
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical troubleshooting
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical advisory capacity
- Strong technical acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing complex customer situations and driving resolution across multiple teams
- Ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with passion for continuous improvement
- Experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, risk management, or financial services is a strong advantage
