Figma is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to join its London office. In this role, you'll work directly with large, strategic customers to maximize their value from the Figma platform through tailored enablement strategies and proactive adoption support. You'll manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, understanding their goals and success metrics while using product data to inform engagement strategies. You'll develop bespoke enablement plans, document best practices, and deliver customized training sessions that help teams unlock Figma's full potential. Key responsibilities include: - Managing adoption journeys for strategic customer accounts - Creating and executing proactive engagement strategies based on customer goals and product data - Developing high-quality, customized enablement plans - Sharing best practices, use cases, and product expertise - Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations - Collaborating with Account Executives on account reviews, expansion, and renewal risk mitigation - Delivering live and scalable training sessions - Partnering cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates You'll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner, connecting product features to customer goals and communicating with clarity across roles and departments. Required qualifications: - 4+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Account Management, or similar SaaS customer-facing roles - Excellent communication skills across diverse customer personas - Strong product knowledge and customer-first, consultative approach - Track record of driving impactful outcomes and collaborating cross-functionally Preferred experience includes familiarity with Figma or design and collaboration tools.
