Medrio is seeking a Customer Enablement Associate to help customers successfully adopt and master Medrio's clinical trial software platform. This role bridges content creation and hands-on customer training, combining technical documentation with live instruction.
Key responsibilities include:
Content Creation: Support technical writers in developing and maintaining user guides, knowledge base articles, and best practice documentation. Draft clear, customer-facing release notes explaining new features and changes. Partner with the Customer Enablement team to design curricula and structured learning paths for both instructor-led and self-paced training. Keep all documentation current as products evolve by coordinating with Product and Support teams.
Training Delivery: Deliver live training sessions to customers covering onboarding, ongoing education, and advanced features. Facilitate webinars and workshops tailored to different audiences—from new users to experienced administrators. Adapt training pacing and content to specific customer needs and protocols. Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot configuration issues in real-time during training sessions.
The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong communication skills, able to translate complex software concepts into clear, accessible language. You'll work with a diverse, global team focused on making clinical trials faster and more human-centered.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; 2–4 years in customer education, training, technical writing, or customer success (ideally SaaS/software); demonstrated ability to learn and troubleshoot software; excellent written and verbal communication; experience delivering live training to external audiences; strong project management skills.
Preferred: Clinical trials or EDC software experience; familiarity with LMS and knowledge base platforms (Confluence, Zendesk); technical documentation experience; curriculum planning; e-learning design and video editing skills.
