Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 150+ countries. The company operates offices in Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Singapore, Iceland, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and the US, serving merchants and businesses worldwide. As Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead the onboarding and activation of merchants, particularly those with sophisticated operational, regulatory, and technical requirements. You own the entire activation lifecycle from post-signature through go-live and early revenue ramp-up, acting as the commercial and operational owner of this critical phase. Key responsibilities include: • Own complex merchant activation: Take full ownership of high-risk merchants with complex compliance, risk, and operational requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the activation lifecycle, managing post-KYB onboarding and ensuring smooth integration. • Drive time-to-revenue: Ensure fast and efficient go-live, monitor early transaction activity, and drive revenue ramp-up. Identify and resolve blockers related to risk, compliance, and technical integrations. • Navigate payments complexity: Support merchants in understanding payment flows, decline management, and approval rates. Provide guidance on optimization strategies. • Lead cross-functional execution: Partner with Sales, Sales Engineers, Account Management, Risk, and Operations teams. Coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability. • Deliver performance insights: Monitor key metrics including gross revenue, transaction volume, and authorization rates. Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and identify growth opportunities and early risks. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and technical environments in the payments industry.
