Arketa is building an operating system for modern fitness and wellness businesses. The company provides an all-in-one platform enabling studios and wellness entrepreneurs to manage and scale hybrid businesses—online, in-person, or both. Features include schedule management, bookings, payments, on-demand video libraries, retreat hosting, and marketing campaigns via text and email, plus fully branded apps and websites.
As a Customer Support Advocate, you'll be the primary point of contact for Arketa's Partners (studios, gyms, wellness providers) on inbound support inquiries. You'll own each interaction from first message to resolution, guiding Partners through features, solving operational problems creatively, and advocating for their needs internally to influence product decisions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Owning Partner interactions across chat, email, and Zoom calls, building trust and rapport
- Working scheduled shifts with steady, high-volume support traffic
- Solving problems end-to-end, not just responding quickly—confirming fixes and closing the loop
- Problem-solving across the full Arketa product surface, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations teams
- Unlocking Arketa's full potential for Partners through expertise, empathy, and follow-through
- Continuously learning new features and leveraging AI-assisted internal tools
- Bringing Partner insights and industry feedback back to leadership to improve features and prevent repeat issues
Required qualifications: 1–2 years in Customer Support, contact-center, or customer-facing operations (ideally high-volume with SLA/CSAT targets); impeccable written communication; ability to balance inbound chats, calls, and email while managing multiple priorities; strong judgment and on-the-feet problem-solving; ability to identify process improvements; team player mentality; organized, self-sufficient, proactive approach.
Preferred: experience working in a wellness business (yoga, pilates, bootcamp) and familiarity with industry software (MBO, Arketa, or equivalent); experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, Google Suite; comfort with AI-assisted tools; Bachelor's degree.
