Choco is a B2B SaaS platform that digitizes the food supply chain, automating orders and operations for distributors across Europe. The company has raised $300M+ and achieved unicorn status (~$1.2B valuation).
As a Customer Care Associate, you will own end-to-end customer issue resolution for French and Spanish-speaking markets. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring distributors' order flows remain uninterrupted and their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning customer issues from first contact through resolution, working across French and Spanish-speaking regions
- Building and delivering fast, reliable support workflows that distributors depend on daily
- Resolving time-sensitive, complex issues (order errors, blocked accounts, product problems) to maintain operational continuity
- Making decisions that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and order flow
- Identifying patterns in recurring issues and driving root-cause fixes with product and engineering teams
- Managing escalations and coordinating with internal teams to maintain service quality
- Collaborating with external support agents to uphold high-quality service standards
You bring 2+ years of customer support or operations experience in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments with a proven track record of owning outcomes. You're comfortable operating across multiple tools and stakeholders in ambiguous, high-pressure situations. You have strong judgment in prioritization and real-time problem-solving, with accountability when things go wrong. Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (C1+ written and spoken) is required.
This is a customer-facing operational role with fixed coverage requirements. You'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (with unpaid lunch break), and must be consistently available during these hours to support customers across Choco and Goot.
Choco offers competitive compensation, equity, health and wellbeing support, and long-term benefits including sabbatical options (localized by office). You'll join a global team across 6 countries and 40+ nationalities, working on real problems with genuine ownership and the opportunity to raise the bar in a messy, real-world system.
