The Office of the CTO is Cloudflare's strategic engine for technology vision and innovation. As CTO Operations Lead, you will serve as a strategic force multiplier for the Chief Technology Officer, working closely with the CTO Chief of Staff to align priorities with Cloudflare's most critical technical and business goals.
You will drive operational excellence by orchestrating the rhythm of the CTO department, ensuring compliance with training and regulatory obligations. A key responsibility is strategic briefing and preparation—researching and synthesizing context for the CTO ahead of external engagements and customer calls, equipping leadership with actionable insights, background data, and strategic talking points.
You will own the lifecycle of action items from high-priority internal and external calls, driving accountability across teams to ensure decisions translate into tangible results. You'll partner with the CTO to craft compelling presentations and written materials for all-hands meetings, board presentations, and external keynotes, translating complex technical concepts into clear, impactful narratives.
Additionally, you will lead special projects and initiatives within the Office of the CTO, often navigating ambiguity to define scope, stakeholders, and success metrics.
Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in technical program management, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles. You should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, operational acumen with data-driven decision-making, high integrity and discretion with sensitive information, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
