Port is an Agentic SDLC Platform that helps engineering teams build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle using AI agents. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in a growth and global expansion phase. You'll serve as a hands-on CRM Administrator responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Port's CRM systems. This is an execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of business operations and go-to-market engineering. Key responsibilities include: - Own routine CRM administration: user provisioning, permissions, field management, pipelines, workflows, list and record hygiene, and system upkeep - Serve as the first point of contact for CRM support requests, triaging and resolving issues, and escalating complex problems - Maintain data accuracy and hygiene through deduplication, validation rules, cleanup routines, and regular audits - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and views to provide business teams visibility into processes and metrics - Configure and test workflows, automations, and enhancements to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance operations - Support implementation of new features and applications through configuration, testing, documentation, and rollout - Monitor and maintain integrations and data flows between the CRM and connected systems - Assist with quote-to-cash and subscription lifecycle processes by maintaining accurate CRM data and configuration - Document processes, configurations, and admin procedures to support consistency and knowledge sharing - Drive user adoption through onboarding support, answering questions, and gathering stakeholder feedback You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, and learn the broader business systems stack including HubSpot, Snowflake, integrations, and quote-to-cash tooling alongside experienced engineers.
