The Credit Platform team systematises credit analysis and decisioning across Monzo's products, data, and geographies. You'll join a small, high-performing team supporting an ambitious multi-market growth agenda. In this role, you will: • Support the sourcing, onboarding, and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data • Maintain Monzo's single source of truth on bureau (borrowing) data and products held, what is contracted for, and how each is used • Track and reconcile spend against supplier volumes and budgets, surfacing cost-optimisation opportunities • Coordinate supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security, and Procurement teams • Test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, writing up findings for the squad to evaluate further • Own end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g., Open Banking scoring, a market's bureau stack), and deputise for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager • Lead discrete procurement and contract-lifecycle activities, shaping supplier strategy in your area You'll be highly organised, thriving on keeping many moving parts in order—tracking actions, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing slips. You're a clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring invoices, contracts, trackers, and records stay accurate. You're proactive and self-starting, chasing things down and keeping work moving without being asked. You're genuinely curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers, and how they support lending, and keen to build domain knowledge. The role is based in London but open to distributed working within the UK with ad hoc meetings in London. Flexible working hours and a fully remote setup are supported. REQUIREMENTS: • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Clear, confident communicator comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams • Proactive, self-starting approach to work • Genuine curiosity about credit-bureau data and lending • Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services
