The Creative Operations Lead owns the full creative pipeline for the Design team, which operates at high velocity across paid social, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand initiatives. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that enables a lean design roster to ship at high volume without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines. Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end creative workflows (intake, briefing, prioritization, production, review, delivery); building systems and processes (briefs, trackers, asset libraries, naming conventions, approval workflows); allocating designers, motion talent, and freelancers against the campaign calendar; integrating live ad performance data back into active briefs to enable rapid iteration and scaling of winning concepts; managing external production partners including staffing agencies, freelancers, and vendors; running compliance operations for partner creative including licensing and approval routing; and tracking creative throughput metrics weekly. The ideal candidate has proven end-to-end creative ops ownership at a growth company, direct experience building and managing creative workflows for paid social at scale, a track record managing freelance and agency partners under deadline pressure, experience closing the loop between ad performance data and creative production, comfort with compliance workflows, and strong cross-functional communication skills. Bonus experience includes DAM setup, creative automation tooling, templated production, dynamic creative workflows, or AI-assisted generation. Background in crypto, fintech, or high-velocity consumer apps is a plus.
