The Farmer's Dog is a venture-backed direct-to-consumer pet food company that has delivered over 1 billion meals and raised $150M+ in funding. The company is transforming the $90 billion pet food industry by replacing processed kibble with personalized, freshly-made dog food subscriptions.
As Creative Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of The Farmer's Dog's creative and brand teams, reporting to the VP of Production. You'll work alongside an Emmy-nominated in-house creative group to ensure all creative work is produced with agility, quality, and brand consistency across all channels.
Key responsibilities include:
• Drive new product launches end-to-end, partnering with product leads to define scope, gather requirements, and build comprehensive timelines and project plans for Brand and Marketing teams.
• Translate complex product and launch requirements into clear project roadmaps, ensuring all teams understand what's needed, when, and why it matters.
• Own cross-functional alignment between New Product, Marketing, and Brand teams; proactively surface dependencies, flag risks, and drive decisions to keep launches on track.
• Schedule, lead, and facilitate project meetings including launch kick-offs, creative reviews, cross-functional check-ins, and retrospectives; capture decisions and distribute clear recaps.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocations, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right work with clear objectives, milestones, and completion dates.
• Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders and the Brand/Studio teams; field, vet, and route cross-functional requests to keep work moving.
The company culture emphasizes one integrated team focused on customer problems, skepticism about everything, consideration of the full customer journey, execution for impact, and working without rigid assumptions. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift based on validated hypotheses rather than fixed timelines.
