- Conducting ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling for the CFO and leadership team on critical quarterly questions
- Partnering with Revenue Forecasting and serving as backup on revenue and funnel forecasts, including weekly outlooks and revenue flash reporting
The Finance team is actively rebuilding how finance work gets done, using AI to eliminate manual grind so the team can focus on judgment and strategy. This is a small, high-trust team with unusually direct access to decisions that shape the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with meaningful time in a corporate or consolidated finance function
- Excellent financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with judgment about when models should be simple versus complex
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to real finance workflows, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
- Track record of building management and Board-level reporting, including written narratives that accompany the numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives
- Hands-on experience with EPM and ERP systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Pigment, Aleph, Oracle Planning & Business Systems, NetSuite, or SAP
- Comfort querying data directly using SQL or equivalent, enough to validate revenue forecasting and funnel inputs independently
