The role offers direct ownership of operational impact, working with advanced warehouse automation, robotics, AI-driven decision systems, and autonomous last-mile delivery technology. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–3 years of experience in operations, process engineering, or JIT logistics within fast-paced environments (e-commerce, retail, automotive, or 3PL). - Strong process toolbox: hands-on mastery of VSM, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and SIPOC. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas). - Proven ability to translate operational business requirements into clear process documentation for software engineering teams. - Solid documentation skills: SOPs, training materials, and change management frameworks. - English proficiency at B2 level minimum (written and spoken). - Willingness to travel up to 50% across operational sites in 5 countries. Nice-to-haves: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt), SQL or BI tools knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience with software development teams, familiarity with warehouse automation or robotics.
