Salary: USD 75,348 - 98,894 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Coordinator for Delegated Vendor Management to join the Network Contracting team. This role supports the oversight and management of Oscar's delegated vendors and related programs.
Key responsibilities include overseeing program implementation with configuration, testing, and monitoring of vendor-administered services; managing inbound escalations by validating issues, identifying root causes, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders; reviewing internal and external audit requests and coordinating with vendors and project stakeholders; and providing cross-program support to program leads for business alignment and oversight.
You will report to the Director of Network Contracting and work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days per week in the New York City office. Thursdays are mandatory in-office for team meetings and events, with two additional flexible office days.
The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with claim testing and quality assurance, ticketing systems like Jira, knowledge of ACA/health exchange insurance offerings, and proficiency with analytical tools including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
