Oscar Health is hiring a Coordinator for Delegated Vendor Management to join the Network Contracting team. This role supports the oversight and management of Oscar's delegated vendors—health insurance partners and service providers critical to the company's operations.
You will oversee program implementation, including configuration, testing, and monitoring of vendor-administered services. Key responsibilities include managing inbound escalations by validating issues, identifying root causes, and communicating timely resolutions to stakeholders. You'll review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders as needed. The role also involves providing cross-program support to program leads to ensure business alignment and vendor oversight.
Reporting to the Director of Network Contracting, you'll work closely with multiple stakeholders on projects and programs of varying sizes, from small-scale initiatives to larger implementations. You'll be expected to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout your work.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas. While currently remote, Oscar notes that future work models may evolve to include hybrid presence at the hub office in your metro area.
