Oscar Health is seeking a Coordinator for Behavioral Health Vendor Management to join the Network Contracting team. This role supports the implementation, oversight, and management of behavioral health vendor programs and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution, including configuration, testing, and monitoring of vendor-administered services.
Key responsibilities include overseeing program implementation across all vendor touchpoints, managing inbound escalations by validating issues and identifying root causes, coordinating internal and external audit requests, and providing cross-program support to program leads. You will serve as a liaison between Oscar's internal teams and delegated vendors, ensuring business alignment and regulatory compliance.
The role reports to the Director of Network Contracting and is fully remote, available to candidates in the Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX areas. While currently remote, Oscar notes that future work models may evolve to include hybrid presence at hub offices.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, healthcare operations, or related fields. Bonus skills include experience with claim testing and QA processes, familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, knowledge of ACA/health exchange insurance offerings, and proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
