Salary: USD 75,348 - 98,894 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Coordinator for Behavioral Health Vendor Management to join the Network Contracting team. This role supports the oversight and management of Oscar's delegated behavioral health vendors, ensuring smooth program implementation and vendor performance. You will oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of vendor-administered services. Key responsibilities include managing inbound escalations by validating issues, identifying root causes, and communicating timely resolutions to stakeholders. You'll review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders as needed. The role requires cross-program support to program leads and alignment with key business stakeholders. You will report directly to the Director of Network Contracting and work from Oscar's New York City office on a hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-office, with Thursdays required for team meetings and events, and two flexible office days per week. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, healthcare operations, or related fields. Bonus qualifications include experience with claim testing and QA, ticketing systems like Jira, knowledge of ACA/health exchange insurance offerings, and proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
