Skydropx is innovating logistics through a visionary, growth-oriented, multicultural team. We are seeking a Data Analyst to build data intelligence and drive business growth.
You will develop strategic analyses and data intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers in our PJ business. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic analyses and data intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers
- Build and evolve executive KPIs, dashboards, and management views
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, products, channels, and business performance
- Support commercial, CRM, product, and operations teams with data-driven studies and recommendations
- Structure analytics models and products to optimize and automate business decisions and processes
- Ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of analyzed information
- Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to evolve databases and analytical views
- Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and executive audiences
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills (Required):
- Advanced SQL
- BI and data visualization experience with Looker Studio
- Knowledge of data modeling and statistics
- Python for data analysis
- Ability to manipulate large data volumes and perform exploratory analysis

- Strong analytical capability and structured thinking
- Investigative profile, business-oriented, focused on value generation
- Executive communication skills and data storytelling
- Hands-on profile with autonomy and prioritization sense
- Ability to transform data into practical business recommendations
- Experience with logistics in e-commerce or e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel, segmentation, and customer analysis
- Experience with A/B testing, propensity modeling, churn analysis, or analytical models
