InnovaMat is a rapidly growing edtech company developing a personalized, competency-based mathematics learning platform for children and young people aged 3–16. The platform emphasizes deep understanding, problem-solving skills, and learning through experimentation, conversation, and individualized practice. The company provides sequenced learning pathways, resources, teacher training, and expert support in mathematics pedagogy. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of the InnovaMat program in schools and education networks as a complete project: planning, execution, monitoring, and results delivery. This is a high-impact operational leadership role combining strategy, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle program implementation in schools and education networks, from planning through execution and results tracking. - Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders: school leadership, education coordinators, and education secretariats. - Structure, optimize, and scale operational implementation processes using data, spreadsheets, and AI tools. - Manage a portfolio of partnerships, driving renewals and expansion opportunities. - Translate implementation complexity into clear action plans with defined targets, KPIs, and rigorous follow-up. - Collaborate closely with the pedagogical advisory team to ensure faithful implementation of the educational methodology, supported by specialist expertise. - Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment generating measurable impact in mathematics classrooms. Requirements: - Solid, proven experience in project management, operations, implementation, or consulting. - Consulting mindset and problem-solving orientation: structured thinking with focus on optimization and scalability. - Operational fluency with spreadsheets, data, and AI tools. - Leadership capability: ability to lead processes, institutional relationships, and progressively manage people. - Excellent communication skills and executive presence. - Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset (ownership). - Comfort with ambiguity, pressure, and fast-paced environments. - Willingness to travel. - Spanish language fluency. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in Mathematics, Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. - Prior consulting experience (strategy/operations) or work in social impact/educational organizations. - Experience managing relationships with education secretariats or public sector (B2G). - EdTech or high-growth startup experience. - Pedagogical or didactic depth (a plus but not required, as the team has strong pedagogical support).
