Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 / annual
Mural Health is a fast-growing clinical technology startup on a mission to eliminate barriers for participants and caregivers in clinical trials. The Contracts Specialist will join the Commercial team, reporting to the Associate Director of Partnerships, and own the full lifecycle of customer contracts and renewals.
Key responsibilities include managing and tracking customer contracts while proactively identifying renewal and expansion opportunities; preparing and issuing proposals and quotations from initial outreach through signed execution in partnership with Customer Success, Finance, and the commercial team; leading all client contract communications as a trusted advisor on scope revisions and document management; assisting in contract term negotiations; managing amendments, scope changes, and expansion agreements with precision and clear documentation; identifying high-risk customer issues and expansion opportunities for escalation; and analyzing portfolio themes to provide feedback and recommendations.
The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Contracts Specialist, Renewals Specialist/Manager, or similar role in customer service or sales, ideally in B2B, life sciences, or healthcare technology. Required skills include proficiency with CRM software and sales tools, excellent external communication and customer-facing abilities, strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, self-direction and resourcefulness with minimal hand-holding, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. The role is based remotely in the US with EST timezone preferred.
