Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 / annual
Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company developing quantum computers, sensors, and networks to solve complex problems. This Contracts Specialist role manages the full lifecycle of contracts for products and services—from initial development through delivery and final closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Review, assess risk, and negotiate terms and conditions for new contracts and modifications to existing agreements. Monitor contracts for compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) requirements. Conduct annual audits of applicable FAR/DFARS compliance. Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate billing and collection. Maintain the contract management system database. Track and coordinate submission of deliverables to customers. Identify potential contract changes and assess business impacts. Coordinate with internal program teams and customers on contract change management. Advise business and technical staff on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretation of complex terms.
Government Property Management: Coordinate with Government Property Manager and Project Managers to complete inventory reporting and submit to government officials per contract specifications.
Contract Closeout: Manage contract closeouts including subcontractor agreements, intellectual property reporting, government property disposition and certification, and final invoicing.
Up to 10% local travel may be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years prior experience with Government Contracting
- Knowledge of and experience with Contract Terms and Conditions, including FAR and DFARS
- Knowledge of Cost Plus, T&M, and FFP contract vehicles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff
- Strong collaboration and team engagement skills
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance; active clearance preferred
