Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, provides an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and private-sector institutions. The platform serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, impacting over 125 million people. As Contract Administrator, you will be the critical bridge between executed contracts and coordinated business action. Your core responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing agreements to identify obligations and deadlines, mapping contract requirements to business goals, and driving post-award administration issues to resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. You will manage a portfolio of 300+ active contracts and orders, owning renewal opportunities and ensuring all action items, milestones, status updates, and next steps are documented in Salesforce. You will serve as an essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers navigating amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of contracting experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with strong familiarity with US Federal, state, and local government contracting processes. You should be skilled with contract lifecycle management systems and Salesforce, comfortable administering legal agreements, and experienced with direct contracting mechanisms and cooperative purchasing agreements. You excel at clear communication—both with customers and internal stakeholders—skilled negotiation, risk mitigation, and attention to detail. You are organized, resilient, and passionate about finding solutions when others see obstacles. This role requires presence in the San Francisco office 4 days per week.
