Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 195 countries, is seeking a Continuous Improvement & AI Intelligence Automation Lead to drive enterprise-wide operational excellence and intelligent automation initiatives. This role sits within the Transformation Office and bridges operational strategy, process redesign, and automation execution.
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma across Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Engineering. Key responsibilities include mapping current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, redesigning workflows for improved cycle time and cost efficiency, and establishing KPIs to measure sustained improvements. You'll build a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and structured problem-solving.
On the automation front, you will define and evolve a clear automation strategy aligned with operational excellence, develop a value-driven roadmap prioritizing initiatives by ROI and scalability impact, and ensure automation supports broader process redesign rather than automating broken workflows. You'll partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities, assess feasibility across rules-based and AI-augmentable workflows, and develop ROI-driven business cases for leadership review.
You will lead multiple concurrent automation initiatives from discovery through deployment, overseeing delivery teams implementing solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, or Power Automate. You'll expand capabilities into AI-enabled automation, including intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and emerging agentic AI use cases, while establishing governance standards for automation lifecycles.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vancouver on a hybrid model (3 days per week in office), though remote arrangements are possible for the right candidate.
