As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Professional Services, you will lead client engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for configuration and implementation work. Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and technical requirements directly from client stakeholders, designing and configuring solutions on the Trovata platform, and translating client needs into working system setups.
You will deliver implementation projects and ongoing advisory engagements focused on process optimization, platform expansion, and treasury best practices. Day-to-day work involves managing workstream execution—timelines, testing, client communication, and issue resolution. You'll identify risks and scope changes, escalating to the Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect as needed. The role also includes supporting delivery partners with active implementations and contributing reusable templates, playbooks, and configuration patterns back to the practice.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Professional Services, ideal for someone with strong client-facing skills, treasury or financial systems domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. You'll work with enterprise clients on mission-critical cash management and liquidity initiatives.
