Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant to join its Professional Services team supporting the implementation of Veeva LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and Quality Cloud solutions for life sciences customers. This is a customer-facing, remote role based in India for candidates legally authorized to work there.
You will partner with life sciences companies to design, deploy, and optimize Quality & Manufacturing applications. Key responsibilities include:
• Participate in implementation projects at pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organizations
• Support Functional Analysts in customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Design, prototype, configure, and document Quality/Content management solutions
• Configure Veeva Vault Quality Suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training) per customer specifications, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and notifications
• Leverage out-of-the-box and best-practice configurations to inform solution strategy
• Assess change impact on existing configurations and collaborate with stakeholders on informed decision-making
• Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (solution design, configuration, data migration, systems integration)
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to move quickly, understand business requirements, and execute hands-on solution design and implementation
• Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation (CSV) requirements
Nice-to-have:
• Knowledge of Quality operations in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries
• Equivalent professional experience in regulated life sciences environments
This is a full-time, permanent role. Travel may be required to meet customer needs. Veeva does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
