Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 / annual

As Construction Manager for the Spark deployment, you will oversee all phases of construction for mission-critical AI data center facilities across the U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role managing complex, multi-trade projects from site development through commissioning and operational readiness.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in
- Managing field operations, subcontractors, and enforcing safety standards
- Overseeing site improvements, electrical/mechanical installation, HVAC distribution, and logistics through turnover to operations
- Maintaining project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and managing change orders
- Conducting site inspections and enforcing QA/QC standards
- Coordinating with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
- Providing regular updates on progress, risks, milestones, and costs
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, permitting, and industry standards
This role requires someone who excels at coordinating multiple trades, managing complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on budget. You will travel approximately 40% for site management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of construction management experience (base build and tenant improvement preferred)
- Experience with civil engineering and site improvement projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor management, scheduling, and communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 40%

- Management of $100M+ project scopes
- Lean construction or sustainability experience
