Salary: USD 70,304 - 73,828.33 / annual
WelbeHealth operates a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program that enables seniors to remain in their homes and communities while receiving comprehensive medical services. The organization uses a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach to evaluate and guide participant care.
The Configuration Coordinator reports to the Configuration Manager and is responsible for configuring organization and provider data within WelbeHealth's claims processing system to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining, testing, and auditing provider network data in the claims processing system to ensure accurate claims processing in accordance with provider agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policy
- Monitoring, researching, and resolving EDI (837D, 837I, 837P) failed claims queues in a timely manner
- Validating and processing W9 provider tax forms
- Configuring WelbeHealth's standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims processing system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration
- Experience working with and maintaining provider network data in an electronic claims processing system
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- COVID-19 vaccination required prior to employment
