rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to lead emerging programs focused on packaging sustainability and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will manage cross-functional initiatives that help consumer brands measure their plastic footprint, recover plastic waste through our global partner network, and navigate compliance across 45+ packaging regulations.
You will oversee the development and execution of new compliance and sustainability programs, working closely with product, operations, and customer success teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategy and implementation of emerging compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Managing program timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Developing intelligence frameworks and data management systems to support regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to scale impact programs
- Monitoring regulatory landscape changes and translating them into actionable program updates
- Supporting the growth of rePurpose's impact portfolio, which has recovered over 100 million pounds of plastic waste and supported 2,300+ waste workers
You will be part of a mission-driven organization headquartered in New York that maintains 12 active impact projects worldwide. The ideal candidate has experience managing sustainability or compliance programs, strong project management skills, and a passion for environmental impact. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and collaborating across geographies and functions.
