Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager to design, document, and deploy compliance processes that enable the company's supply chain to operate effectively in a defense environment. This is a hands-on role within the Supply Chain Program Development team focused on translating complex regulatory and contractual requirements—including FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and customer flow-downs—into clear, executable workflows that withstand internal review, customer scrutiny, and government audit.
You will own complete compliance workstreams from discovery through implementation. This includes conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping current-state processes, identifying gaps and control weaknesses, designing future-state solutions, and leading deployment and change management efforts. This is not a policy-writing role; you'll work directly with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to embed compliance into daily operations, not just documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end process development for compliance initiatives, from interpreting requirements to delivering documented, deployed, and adopted processes
- Discovery through stakeholder interviews and workshops, designing and documenting compliance processes, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and desk guides
- Mapping current-state workflows to identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses, driving corrective actions to closure
- Leading deployment and change management, including training, adoption tracking, and post-implementation refinement
- Supporting audit readiness and government assessments (DCMA, CPSR) by ensuring documentation, traceability, and evidence are complete and accessible
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to embed compliant processes into daily operations and existing systems
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance, or process design within aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry; demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment; strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills; strong attention to detail and documentation habits; ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams; and U.S. Person status due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
Preferred qualifications include aerospace and defense experience, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, CPSR, or DCMA expectations, experience supporting audits or compliance reviews, process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) or change management credentials, experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and ERP/MRP systems, and experience with supplier documentation and material compliance.
