Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The Corporate team (legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance, security) is scaling to support Alan's expansion into 10 countries within five years.
You will build compliance operations infrastructure—processes and tooling—that allows regulated work to scale without creating bottlenecks. Rather than manual, disconnected compliance tasks, you'll design systems that make compliance lighter for both the Corporate team and the product teams they serve.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and ship systems that give teams a single, fast way to request and receive compliance support
- Rebuild painful processes end-to-end, automating recurring work and eliminating workarounds
- Identify bottlenecks before they constrain growth, balancing compliance rigor with speed
- Set clear metrics and measure impact on both Corporate efficiency and user experience
In your first six months, you will ship a primary request/intake system, own at least one process from problem diagnosis to live automated solution, and become a trusted builder for the Corporate team.
You bring hands-on experience automating manual work using no-code, low-code, or AI tools. You're drawn to regulated domains and ramp quickly on new compliance areas. You move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, own projects end-to-end, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You sense where shortcuts break legal/privacy/security requirements and know when to escalate. French and English at professional level required.
Location flexibility within France, Belgium, or Spain with remote work options; in-person collaboration valued. Salary band B1-C0 per Alan's framework.
