You will join the Infrastructure & Modernization team as a Senior Compliance Operations Analyst, serving as the operational counterpart between Compliance, Risk, auditors, and regulators. This is a hands-on role combining project leadership, process automation, and regulatory liaison work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-company compliance operations projects end-to-end: entity migrations, new entity setup, merchant cleanup and offboarding campaigns, onboarding flow redesigns, and policy implementations. Coordinate across Compliance, Risk, Data, R&D, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
- Design, build, and operationalize AI agents and automations for compliance workflows: define flows with Product/R&D, test and validate outputs, measure impact (hours saved), and iterate on improvements.
- Represent Compliance Operations to leadership, external auditors, regulators, and card schemes on operational matters. Make recommendations on process and control enhancements.
- Support audit and regulatory examinations end-to-end: scope requests with Compliance, coordinate data pulls with Data teams, construct evidence packs, and drive remediation to closure.
- Improve cross-functional processes touching compliance (Sales/RevOps ticket flows and SLAs, onboarding handoffs, partner communications) through roundtables, training, and procedure documentation.
- Monitor performance via KPI dashboards (SLAs, backlog, volumes) and drive continuous improvement based on data insights.
- Promote a culture of proactivity, efficiency, innovation, and continuous learning within risk and compliance functions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience sitting on either side of an audit: external/regulatory audit exposure or internal audit background.
- Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to design and interpret KPI dashboards.
- Experience with process automation, ideally including AI/ML-based tools.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with compliance operations, regulatory reporting, or card scheme requirements is strongly preferred.
