Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 / annual

Backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Google Ventures, Partiful is building the infrastructure for in-person social experiences. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be the primary bridge between users and the product team. You'll own day-to-day user support across multiple channels, resolving questions and issues ranging from simple how-tos to complex edge cases. Your responsibilities include: - Managing user support with high standards for speed, clarity, and kindness - Resolving end-to-end user issues and knowing when to escalate appropriately - Developing deep product knowledge to diagnose problems quickly and guide users effectively - Identifying trends in support volume and user pain points, surfacing them proactively to Product and Engineering teams - Writing and improving macros, help center articles, and internal documentation to scale support quality - Acting as a strong voice for users, advocating for fixes and improvements based on real-world feedback - Handling bug reports with rigor: reproducing issues, documenting steps clearly, and working with the team to close the loop - Contributing to building an AI-native support function using automation, tools, and AI workflows - Maintaining a positive, community-first tone aligned with the brand voice This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Brooklyn office. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–5 years of experience in customer support, community support, or user-facing operations (bonus if at a consumer social app, ticketing platform, or events company) - Excellent communication skills: warm, clear, and precise, even with frustrated users - Strong judgment about when to move fast, slow down, or escalate - Extreme organizational skills and ability to handle high volume without dropping items - Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on diagnosing root causes - Bias for action and natural ownership (self-directed) - Ability to spot patterns and think systematically about reducing support load - Tech-comfortable and excited to use AI tools - Bonus: experience working with product/engineering teams and writing strong bug reports
