Salary: USD 204,000 - 242,000 / annual
Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks nationwide, with a focus on rapid seizure detection in acute care settings.
You will serve as the right hand to the SVP of Commercial Strategy & Operations, owning 2-3 high-priority programs with significant revenue impact over the next 2-3 years. This is a high-visibility role with regular C-Suite and CEO engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
**Priority Program Ownership**: End-to-end ownership of 2-3 strategic initiatives with high revenue impact, including SAM (serviceable addressable market) expansion programs.
**Strategy & Analytics**: Develop and lead strategy on increasing SAM across different population segments; support the SVP on priority analytics tied to high-impact initiatives; develop tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for top strategic programs (e.g., operationalization of new products, impact measurement of new teams); develop programs to improve pediatric ED penetration and utilization; create core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and support compensation planning.
**Operationalization**: Translate strategy into action by defining roles, measurement frameworks, targets, and operating models; lead operating cadence to continuously improve programs; leverage AI to improve productivity, accelerate analytics, and automate business processes.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build credibility and trusted relationships across sales, clinical, product, GTM, and other functions.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting focusing on transformation and implementation
- 1+ years of experience managing teams (team leader, engagement manager, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of commercial and/or product initiatives
- 2+ years of medical device, pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or related discipline
- Strong judgment and integrity, balancing efficiency with rigor required for sensitive compensation processes
- Comfortable with AI (LLMs, AI analytics)—not an expert, but able to work with code if needed
- Analytical skills including automation and complex formulas
- Clear communicator who can translate complex logic and compensation structures to non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability and drive to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ownership mindset
