Tabby is seeking a Program Management Executive (Implementations) to serve as the operational and technical hub connecting the company with its merchant and channel partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of cross-functional teams—Risk, Integrations, Business Development, and Key Accounts—ensuring merchants are set up for success from day one.
You will own merchant and channel partner technical onboarding, including documentation preparation, testing coordination, progress tracking, and timely activation. You'll manage merchant data-enablement workflows, ensuring required data is captured, validated, and aligned with risk and underwriting requirements. A key responsibility is leading negotiations with merchants about technical requirements, helping them understand Tabby's data, integration, and compliance needs while balancing business objectives.
You will coordinate cross-functional alignment on product rollouts by preparing merchant-facing materials, supporting go-to-market plans, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. You'll analyze merchant performance and integration health, identify operational gaps, and propose improvements to enhance the merchant experience. You'll own and improve internal documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring processes around onboarding, integration, and partner success are scalable and standardized.
Additionally, you'll support BD teams during technical discussions with merchants, ensuring sales commitments align with product and risk capabilities.
Required qualifications include 1+ year of experience in Partner Success, Technical Account Management, Fintech Operations, Payments, E-commerce integrations, SaaS onboarding, or similar roles. You need strong technical literacy—understanding of APIs, webhooks, e-commerce platforms, plugins, and payment flows. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to interpret data patterns and identify issues in merchant integrations or data quality. Excellent cross-functional communication skills are required to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing negotiations with merchants about technical or data requirements, balancing business needs with technical feasibility, is important. Strong documentation skills and the ability to build processes, SOPs, and clear merchant-facing guides are expected.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with BNPL, payment gateways, PSPs, or e-commerce checkout flows, and background supporting enterprise merchants and managing negotiation discussions.
